He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Stone and Zella Young Stone; his wife Nancy Lee Weaver; his daughter Sandra Cook; and his sons-in-law, Terry Cook and Bill Sebastian.
He is survived by: his children, Brian H. Stone (Cathy) of Daniels, Harold Stone (Vicky) of Daniels, Debbie Sebastian of Kernersville, NC and Karen Stone of Kernersville, NC; his grandson Brian D. Stone; his children, Scott E. Williams, Drew Stone, Jason Rice (Jessica Shermer) and Lisa Baker (Mike); his great grandchild Jackson Williams; his grandchildren, Kara Rice, Madison Baker, Nick Baker and Jonathan Baker; his great great grandchild Karsyn Smith; and his great grandchild Ava Smith.
Harold remained independent until the age of 97, when he contracted COVID-19 in 2021.
