It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Holly D Crookshanks (Beckley, West Virginia), who passed away on March 18, 2026, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Crookshanks and Brenda Lee LaFon Crookshanks; and her brother Dale Crookshanks III. She is survived by: her nephew Brendan Crookshanks; her uncle Billy LaFon (Mary); her aunt Pam Anderson; and her family, Kimberly Johnson, Joleen Linville, Mischelle Sizemore, Rhonda Meadows, Trish Tolliver, Miranda Treadway and Grant Jones.
