She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Suttle and Sudie Suttle; her husband Ray Dowdy; and her close friend Rob Zuercher. She is survived by: her sibling Shirley Epling (Francis) of Rick Creek, VA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens (5250 Robert C Byrd Dr, Mt Hope, WV 25801).
