She is survived by: her children, Sharon Howell (Randy), Karen Umbel (Henry Basham), Timothy Smith (Angie) and Keith Smith (Lily); her siblings, JD Meador (Sharon), Betty Dvork and Catherine Meador; and her caregivers, Anna Spangler and Amanda Redden. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren.
