He is survived by: his children, Boyd Goolsby (Robin) of Georgia, Jack Goolsby (Tina) of Florida, Sherry Winant (David) of Virginia and Anita Wilburn (Greg) of Beaver; his grandchildren, Patricia Ward Shaw (Adam), Chris Ward, Samuel Winant, Joseph Winant, James Goolsby (Chasity), Donnie Goolsby, Will Goolsby (Brandy) and Greg Goolsby (Nikki); his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Mackenzie Shaw, William, Alexis, Koda Goolsby-Hammett, Charlotte Goolsby, Lila Crummy, Dustin Byers and Jensen Goolsby; and his great great grandchildren, Maci and Leeroy Crummy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
