He is survived by : his children, Dorothy Clark (Roy), Bob Clay (Marylin), Joyce Bolen, Jack Clay Wiley Clay (Debbie), Blake Clay, Ellen Kiser (Les), Brenda Whitt (Grim), Crystal James, Terry Clay (Natalie), James Akers (Andrea) and Lee Akers (Gina). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
