He is survived by: his children, Regina Porter (John) of Camp Creek, WV, Lois Tolliver (Randall) of Beckley, WV, Brenda Willingham (Jerry) of Beckley, WV, Sharon Mccomas (Jim) of Nicholasville, KY, Randall Sesco (Laura) of Alpoca, WV, Linda Holt of Nicholasville, KY and Granville Sesco (Shelly) of Stephenson, WV.; his grandchildren, Becky Hale, Sally Whelan, Scottie Porter, Patricia Lester, Terri Blankenship, Susanna Eller, Jared Willingham, Joanna Varney, Shannon Henson, Rachel Gibbs, Jennifer Thomson, Amanda Sesco, Adrian Sesco, Natosha Holt, Shane Holt, Brittany Lusk, Derek Sesco and Devin Sesco; his siblings, Eva Hall, Creasa Rigsby, Thomas Sesco and Jane Burke Springate; and his caregivers, Susanna, Danny, Ardra, Vickie, Caleb, David, Debbie, Garret, Devin, Jadin and Tyler. He is also survived by 43 great-grandchildren and 18 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Stanaford Road Baptist Church (575 Stanaford Rd, Beckley, WV 25801). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens (5250 Robert C Byrd Dr, Mt Hope, WV 25880).
