He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard James Farnsworth and Cora Louise Holley Farnsworth; and his wife Billie Farnsworth. He is survived by: his children, Tammy McDonald (Mickey) of Culloden, Scott Farnsworth (Sabrina) of Ansted, Richard Farnsworth (Connie) of Mount Hope and Jimmy Farnsworth (Tina) of Beckley; his grandchildren, Cassie (Matt), Sarah, Rachel (Matt), Matthew (Katie), James, Preston, Steven, Jessica, Dylan, Nate, Kelly, Elijah and Joshua (Morgan); and his great grandchildren, Annalee and Natalee.
