She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Huss Dillon and Marie Dillon (Cook) of Whitesville, WV.. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her son Michael Lowe (Nancy); and her siblings, Donna Snuffer (Robert), Vicky Ewing (Darrell) and Wayne Dillon (Debbie). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and the many friends.
