She is survived by: her husband Dr. Johnny Dy, MD; her children, Janet (Dan) of Charlotte, NC, Jason (Maria) of Beckley, WV and Jay (Ella) of Charlotte, NC; and her grandchildren, Dylan, Julianna, Jayden and Janelle.
