He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lester and Mary Etta Harvey (Pack); his grandsons, Timmy Rorrer and Zane L Mills, II; and his siblings, Franklin Harvey and Norma Lilly.
He is survived by: his wife Leska Harvey (Martin); his children, Carl Harvey (Vickie), Deborah Mills (Zane) and Sheila Harvey (Buck Caldwell); his grandchildren, Lori Hart, Carl Harvey, Jr., Angela Stover, Brian Ellison, Tammy Reichard, Teeya and Emma Mills; and his caregivers, Sheila Harvey, Linda Sears and Kathy Kuhn. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; and many extended family and friends.
