He is survived by: his wife Sharon Walls of Beckley, WV; his children, Johnny Walls of Danville, WV, Lisa Griswold of Columbus, OH, Kimberly Khalid (Ramsey) of China, MI, Angela Sullivan (John) of Charleston, WV and Judith Miller (Matthew) of South Point, OH; his stepdaughters, Kandi Steed (Jeff) of Rochester, NY and Mandy Cordel of Beckley, WV.; his siblings, Merril Walls of Beckley, WV, JoAnn Caudill of Lakeland, FL, Monzella Caudill-DeBeuler (John) of Millwood, WV and Sandra Kincaid (Joe) of Page, WV; his sisters-in-law, Marilyn Mosley, Cherry Bailey-Bailes (Robert) and Tina Fitzpatrick (Jon); his friend Ira Gene Dolin; and his close friends, Pete, Linda Pack, Ernie, Diane Calfee, George, Marsha Stamper, Willis, Francis Hash, Benny Day, David, Libby Cochran, Dan Williamson, Jeff Messer and James Miller. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Melton Mortuary Chapel (1200 Harper Rd, Beckley, WV 25801). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
