She is survived by: her husband Roy Ray Meadows; her children, Ruth Harper (Alvin) of Beckley, Theresa Underwood (Roger) of Richmond, VA, Leslie Meadows (Angela) of Salem, VA and Steven Meadows (Lisa) of Crab Orchard; and her great grandchildren, Estella Harper, Adrianna Kiddle, Drew Kiddle, Ace Kiddle, Haleigh Sanders, Sara Sanders, Ayden Paul, Bailey Johnson and Noah Underwood. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
