She was predeceased by: her husband Neil Bruce Cormack; and her parents, John Earl and Viola "Ola" Tolbert. She is survived by: her children, Beverly Cormack Tilson (Danny) of Cornelius, NC and Jack Cormack (Claudia) of Beckley, WV.; her grandson Scott Tilson (Karen); her children, Eric Cormack (Kim), Megan Cormack and Travis Cormack; her great grandchild Steve Tanner (Donna); and her friends, Carmen Mitchem and Gail Williamson.
