She is survived by: her brother James Byron Rogers; her husband Donald Lee Minor; her daughters, Ebony Donée Minor of Alexandria, Virginia and Emerald Celeste Minor of Mount Hope; her siblings, William Calvin Rogers, III of Point Pleasant, Michael Rogers (Valerie) of Point Pleasant and Alicia Ledwell Tolliver (Michael) of Cleveland, Ohio; and her close friends, Ernesto Ward of Point Pleasant and Anthony Ward, Sr. of Columbus, Ohio. She is also survived by loving relatives and friends.
