She was predeceased by: her parents, John Meadows and Mary Kathleen Meadows (Fritz); and her siblings, Janet Louise Cunningham, David Lee Meadows and Carl Macray Meadows.
She is survived by: her daughter Pamela June Keffer; her grandchildren, April Harold and Traves Meadows (Amber); her great grandchildren, Skyla Meadows and Tobias Meadows; her great great grandchild Elaya Black; her sister Barbara Jean Carper (Roy); and her pets, Spunky, Mollie, Bopper, Millie and Bubbles.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Hospice of Southern West Virginia or to the Raleigh County Humane Society in Carol's memory.
