With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Lottie Louella Lilly (Beckley, West Virginia), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lottie Ethel Sturgill (Deck) and Orin Vernon Sturgill; her siblings, Lowell Sturgill, William Sturgill (Bill), Karen Parker and Audrey Schneberger; her siblings-in-law, David "Dave" Franks (First Freewill Baptist), Curtis Parker, John Moomaw and Patricia Sturgill (Lowell); her nephew Phillip Parker; her mother-in-law Gladys Lilly; and her great grandchildren, Adalynn White and Colten Johnson.

She is survived by: her husband Gary Lilly; her children, Jennifer Lilly, Kim Higgs (Billy), Jason Lilly (Joel) and Tim Lilly (Etienne); her siblings, Rev. James (Vicky), Keith Sturgill (Leslie), Patricia Franks and Martha Moomaw; and her siblings-in-law, Gerry Schneberger and Ruth Sturgill. She is also survived by nieces, nephew, great nieces and great nephews, and great great- nieces and great great- nephews; 14 grandchildren and 3 expected great- grandchildren.
