She is survived by: her grandchildren, Sabrina Pizzino and Channing Lambert; her sons-in-law, Ronnie Pack and Ricky Blankenship; her daughters, Betty Pack, Sherry Cook, Sandra Persinger, Susan Slade (Phil) and Valarie Blankenship; her grandchildren, Leslie Lilly, Anthony Pizzino, Donavon Cline, Steven Cline, Eric Kelly, Gabrielle Lambert, Mitchelle Lambert and Jennifer Fortner; and her great grandchildren, Charlie Lilly, Courtney Fortner, Kyra Blankenship, Zoey Lambert, Aria Daniels, Lucas Kelly and Aiden Kelly.
