He was predeceased by: his parents, V. Mark Skaggs and Virginia Skaggs; and his brother Mark Skaggs. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Skaggs of Daniels; his children, Angela Skaggs Farmer of Hurricane and Todd Skaggs of North Carolina; his stepdaughter Chessie Collins of Daniels; his sister Pat Lewis of Georgia; and his grandchildren, Hailey Skaggs Overman, Tanner Skaggs, Luke Mann, Christian Farmer and Shawn Farmer. He is also survived by numerous family members and friends.
