She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Rhodes and Bertha Mae Saddler Rhodes; her husband Charles L. Cooper Sr.; and her siblings, Janet, Minnie Pearl, Lillian, Gary, Bob and Jim Rhodes.
She is survived by: her son Charles L. Cooper Jr. (Cindy) of Rainelle; her granddaughter Katie Cooper of Beckley; her siblings, Betty Williams of Beckley, Lura Adkins of Beckley, Helen Richards of Pennsylvania and Ralph Rhodes of Beckley; and her close friend Carl Gables.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Calvary Baptist Church (9324 Sewell Creek Rd, Meadow Bridge, WV 25976).
