We are sad to announce that, on April 4, 2026, at the age of 79, Mary Katherine Harper-Stump (Beckley, West Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Rogers and Dorthy Ruth Rogers; her husband Dennis Harper Jr.; her fiancé Lawrence Hern Sr.; and her siblings, William Jr., Fred, Josephine, Robert, Frank, Katie, John, Harry, Alice, Jimmy, Sharon, Bobby and Maryjane.
She is survived by: her daughter Juilette McKinney; her grandchildren, Mike McKinney Jr. (Teri) and Sheena Fox (Justin); and her great grandchildren, Braxton McKinney (Maddie), Nolan Miller, Ryker Fox, Renley Fox, Oakleigh McKinney, Owen McKinney and Jadein Fox. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
