She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Pachuta and Elizabeth Pachuta; her husband Deacon William Donald "Don" Wise; her daughter Marcie Wise; and her siblings, Elizabeth Peplowski, Billie Jo Franko, Janie Moore and John Pachuta.

She is survived by: her children, Sandra Rush (Les), Don Wise, Jr. (Tina) and Theresa O'Leary (Tony); her grandchildren, Donnie (Misha), Stephen (Candace), Lachelle, Gabe (Casey), Desi Wise, Samantha Goins, Alexis Brown (Hunter), Patrick (Shelby), David and Colleen O'Leary; her great grandchildren, Ellie, Elsie, Jude Wise, Isabelle, Hunter Goins and Amara Brown; her sister Margaret Reinhardt; and her sister-in-law Ann Pachuta. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests for donations to be made to St. Francis De Sales Catholic School.
