He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his daughters, Becky Meredith (Freddie, Jr.) of Beckley and Kasey Goff (Edward) of Ft. Pierce, FL; his brother Wesley (Linda) of Bluefield; his brother-in-law Bobby (Laura) of Ft. Pierce, FL; his parents-in-law, Dearl and Becky Gregg of Ft. Pierce, FL; and his grandchildren, Caleb, Aubree, Novella, Jacob, Baylee, Sydnee (John), Lyllian and Blaine.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the American Cancer Society and the Urea Cycle Disorders Foundation in his memory.
