He was predeceased by: his parents, Vada Stone Weaver-Davis and Edward Aron of Danville; his stepfather Henry Davis; his brother Rodney "Butch" Weaver; and his father-in-law Bob Darnell.
He is survived by: his wife Tina Darnell Weaver; his children, Aaron Michael Weaver (Brittany) of Coal City and Amelia Ann Berkel (Travis) of Russellville; his grandsons, Wyatt Weaver, Kian Crawford, Lane Michael Weaver and Jackson Berkel; and his sister Sandra Weaver Rushbrook-Libert.
