She is survived by: her children, Deandre Risner (Haylee Smith), Ayden Reaves and Aubrey Reaves; her siblings, Tomi (Jonah Schenker), Jerald (Veronica Risner), James (Kelsey Risner) and Juanita Martin (Andrew Stephens); her nieces and nephews, Shannalee Stines, Morgan Kindelan, Tayler Risner, Genevieve Risner, Jayda Schenker, Victoria Risner, Jared Risner and Tuari Schenker; and her godparents, James, Kay Duguid, Kristin, Levi Campbell, Mary, Darin Scurlock, Eli, Sadie and Samuel Scurlock.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Inflammatory Breast Cancer Research Foundation, supporting research and advocacy for the disease she fought so courageously.
