She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Nelson and Juanita Nelson (Pettry); her husband Toby Clifford Dunbar; her grandson Toby Elijah Williams; her sister Patricia Nelson; and her parents-in-law, Clifford Dunbar and Juanita Dunbar.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Shutt (Rick) and Todd Dunbar (Martha); her grandchildren, Dalton, Isaac, Megan and CJ; her great grandchild Russell; her siblings, Penny Dawson (Dennis), Robin Mitchell (Art), Linda Miller, Frances Noble, Billy Nelson (Barbara) and David Nelson (Linda); and her pet Betty Boop. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Southern West Virginia or to the Raleigh County Humane Society in Pam's memory.
