She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Elwood and Mary Catherine Toms. She is survived by: her husband Kevin Smith; her son Toney Tyler Jr. of Sullivan Road; her granddaughter Iris Jean Tyler; and her sister Penny Whetzel (Steve) of Maryland.
