It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Traynham-Thomas (Beckley, West Virginia), who passed away on October 8, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hansford L. Traynham and Dorthula B. Stevens; her spouses, Lawrence E. Alexander and Mozette E. Thomas; and her siblings, Mary Scott, William Traynham (Bill), Thomas Traynham, Delores Brown, Rueben Brown (Chucky), Sharon Stevens and Carolyn Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony J. Alexander (Kimberly Hill) and Andrea D. Shoulars (Leroy); her grandchildren, Tynia D. Gardner, Kristin D. Shoulars, Anthony Giles Jr., Heaven D. Shoulars and Nancy C. Hill; her great grandchildren, Raniyah Giles, Eli Giles, Emmanuel Giles, Anisha Witt (Nee-Nee), Jamalle Witt (Butt-Butt), Keian Gardner, Tynise Gardner, Kacen Gardner and Tyla Gardner; and her siblings, Edith Revere, John Traynham (Marilyn), Rose Traynham and Charles Brown (Gloria). She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Friends, while wearing masks and observing social distancing, may view and visit with the family one-hour prior.
