She was predeceased by: her mother Shelby "Deanie" Cook; and her brother-in-law Jimmy. She is survived by: her husband Mike of West Virginia; her children, Michael (LeighAnn) and Amanda (Eric); her grandchildren, Sierra, Parker, Bethany, Allyson and Raelynn; her siblings, Theresa Cannizzero (Jerry), Karyn Malzahn (Mark), Cassandra Lynn, Tommy Beaulieu and Ski Beaulieu; and her siblings-in-law, Angie Martin, Sue Walker (Brent) and Chris Ballew (Christine). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
