She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Moran and Hazel Pauline Bell (Boggess); her brother James Edward Bell; and her nieces, Amanda Bell and Tara Haddix (Bell).

She is survived by: her husband Albert Francis Casne; her daughters, Marie Casne (John), Erica Bell (Jayme) and Sarah Casne; her grandson Vincent Vasquez; her siblings, Benny Boggess (Margaret), Jerry Bell (Linda) and Nancy Houston (Richard); and her pets, Daisy, Plato and Henry. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Francis de Sales Church (614 S Oakwood Ave, Beckley, WV 25801). A Mass will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
