She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Davis and Lilla Mae Jackson; her husband Deacon Warren H. Staples Sr.; her children, Warren Staples Jr., Carolyn Dee Staples and Brenda Mae Staples; her grandchildren, Jameita, Reneita Jones and Brian Staples; her great grandchild Nino Moore; and her siblings, Jerry Jackson and Alice Rhodes.

She is survived by: her children, Lynda Lang of Waterbury, CT, Don J. Staples (Deborah) of Charleston, WV, Marilyn Simms (Bishop Fred) of Beckley, WV and LaTorya Cummings (Warren) of Beckley, WV; her siblings, Norman Jackson (Verna) of Beckley, WV, Michael Jackson of Beckley, WV, Lawrence Jackson, Carrie Stewart, Louise Teet of Beckley, WV and Ardell Grant; her daughter-in-law Cheryl Staples; and her granddaughter Reneira Jones. She is also survived by 41 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins.

Friends, while wearing masks and observing social distancing, may view one hour prior to the service.
