She is survived by: her children, Scott Shively, Mikey Shively and Samantha Frost; her stepmother Della Bennett; and her siblings, Sharon Bennett Maurer, Debby McKee, Robin Howard, Donna Roberts, Grover Thompson, James Sears and Stephen Bennett. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
