She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyd Jennings and Pauline Almetia Irvin (Williams); and her nephew Jesse Perkins. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth E. Bibb; her children, Renee Duncan, Kevin Bibb and Kenneth Bibb, Jr.; her grandchildren, Aiden, Ethan, Samantha and Desiree; her siblings, Debbie Perkins (Ray), Danny Irvin (Vera), Boyd Irvin (Jennifer), Dennis Irvin (Anita) and David Irvin (Annette); and her pets, Teddy and Bella. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Southern WV in her memory.
