It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ricky Douglas Brown of Beckley, West Virginia, born in Hinton, West Virginia, who passed away on January 4, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard A. Wood and Reva Brown; his daughter Erika Brown; his siblings, Gary, Chuckie, Allen, Michael Brown and Frances "Pixie" Brown; and his great-nephew Isaiah Brown.
He is survived by: his children, Ricky Brown, Jr. of Savannah, GA, Kayla Banks of Hinton, Brandie Banks of Idaho and Adrianne Brown of Savannah, GA; his fiancée Tammy Austin of Beckley; and his sister Wanda Lewis of Lewisburg. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
