He is survived by: his wife Tammy Holsten; his siblings, Jackie McKinney (Mike), Diane Perkins (Gary), Mary Jane and Shawn Holsten; his children, Sandra Holsten, Stacy Zuniga (Ed) and Stephanie Bailey (David); his grandchildren, Ryan Bailey (Danielle), Jacob Bailey and Sabrina Wall (Kameron); his great grandchildren, Jade, Gauge, August, Jameson, Olivia and Kameron Jr.; his siblings-in-law, Danny, Bryan Akers and Terri Smith (Shawn); and his close friends, Kevin, Ginny Vandal, Steve, Attie Kershner, Barbara Akers, Bud and Bobbie Hylton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
