She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond J Belcher Sr. and Elizabeth Ann Belcher; and her siblings, Daniel Frazier Jr., Dennis Frazier, Raymond Belcher Jr., Benita Belcher-Foy-Stembridge, Eric Belcher, Petrina Belcher-Randall, Joe Belcher and Vincent Belcher.
She is survived by: her sons, Victor and Sean Belcher; her grandchildren, Drake, Lando and Atiyyaat; her stepgrandchildren, Jordan and Jahden; and her siblings, Donna Belcher-Swift (Gary), Cheryl Belcher, Vanessa Belcher-Grandy and Donald Frazier of Wheeling, WV. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
