He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Mills and Mary Virginia Mills; and his niece Nichole Boley Friedel. He is survived by: his wife Anatia Gayle Mills of Ballard; his son Samuel Bin (Brooke Mills); his grandchildren, Leah Mills, Amelia Mills, Zane Mills and Violet Mills; his sisters, Janet Lilly of Beckley, WV and Joyce Gwinn of Beckley, WV; and his son Isaac Mills (Melissa Mills).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in his honor to any church of the Christian faith.
