He was predeceased by: his mothers, Zina Farley and Genevieve Meadows Farley; his siblings, Ricky Dean Farley, Linda Farley and Carol Sizemore (Wetzel); and his nephew Richard Dean Cernuto.
He is survived by: his siblings, Rosemary Warman of Beckley, Brenda Cernuto of Shady Spring, Charles Farley of Cool Ridge and David Farley of Cool Ridge; his nieces, Donna Sizemore and Maribeth Edwards (Conner); his nephew Steven Sizemore; his great-nephews, Tyler Sizemore (Ashley), Josh Sizemore, Cody Sizemore and Brian Warman (Bethany); Kayce, Ella, Grace, Samuel, Valerie, Vincent, Victor and Vanessa. He is also survived by his family and friends.
