Roger Ryan Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on November 26, 2022, at the age of 77, Roger Ryan (Beckley, West Virginia), born in Charleston, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Ryan and Garnet Covey; his former wife Patricia Ann Ryan; his sister Ronetta Frye (Charles); his stepparents, Weir Covey and Naomi Ryan; his mother-in-law Yvonne Statzer; and his granddaughter-in-law Emily Zupanick.

He is survived by: his fiancée Thelma Carpenter; his sisters, Lou Wills (Bob) and Darlene Bragg (Paul); his stepsister Hazel Bolen Canady; his sisters-in-law, Sara Manning (Nathan) and Nancy Newman; his children, Jeff Ryan (Melissa) and Lisa Ryan (Missie); his grandchildren, Aaron Ryan, Ashley Thompson (Kyle), Matthew Ryan (Katie) and Tori Snuffer (Jordan); his great grandchildren, Karmyn Thompson, Kane Thompson and Adalynn Snuffer; and his close friends, Craig Daniel, Tommy Covey, Johnny Bowman, Ardeth Bailey and Randy Dillon.
