He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell B. Arthur and Margaret Marie Bragg Arthur; and his wife Ethel Arthur. He is survived by: his children, Annette, Les Arthur of Bragg, WV and Michael Arthur of Hinton; and his siblings, Sue Bragg of Ellison Ridge, Sharon Bragg (Donald) of Bragg, Debra Clay (Ken) of Princeton and Robert Arthur (Teresa) of Richmond, Virginia.. He is also survived by Seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren, three God Children, and numerous nieces and nephews.
