He is survived by: his parents, Paul L. Smith and Patricia S. Smith (Patti) of Beckley; his brother Tobiaz Smith (Toby) of Redwood, CA; and his daughters, Madeline Grayce Smith and Alice Olivia Smith of Morgantown, WV.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
