She is survived by: her sons, Mark (Jan) of Alexandria and Kirk (Stacy) of Roanoke, Virginia; her grandchildren, Taylor, Clayton (Kayla) and Samantha; her great grandchild Nolan; and her sister Sylvia McMenamin of Florida.
In lieu of flowers, Shelby's wishes are to make a donation to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Bowers Hospice House of Southern West Virginia.
