She was predeceased by: her children, Christopher Michael Garrison and Joyce Ann Wilson; her granddaughter Amanda Garrison; her siblings, Jerry Palmer, Ellen Jean Elmore, Diane Beaver, Sue Carol Burns, Connie Griffith, Jimmy Burns, Roy Griffith and Otha Ward; her children-in-law, John Wilson, Guy Boreman and Tammy Garrison; and her brothers-in-law, Danny Palmer, Dale Adkins and Gary Beaver.

She is survived by: her grandsons, Dwayne Childers (Hollie) of Mississippi and Charles Childers (Mary) of Florida; her niece Barbara Meadows of Charleston; and her siblings, Nancy Pachuta (Bob) of Beckley, Bonnie Burns of Oak Hill, Terry Adkins of Harvey, Bob Burns of Prudence, Timmy Griffith of Prudence and Greg Griffith of Mount Hope. She is also survived by 29 grandchildren and 33 great grandchildren.

Her love for animals, the family ask that any donations be sent to the Raleigh County Humane Society.
