We are sad to announce that, on January 17, 2023, at the age of 55, Stephen A. Fowler of Beckley, West Virginia, born in Washington, District of Columbia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph E. Fowler and Camilla Dozier Fowler; his daughter Stephanie Antionette; and his sister Sherrell Fowler. He is survived by: his close friend Robbin Frye of Washington, D. C.; his children, Joy Frye and Antione Frye (Honorary) of Washington, D. C.; his goddaughter Tasha Fountain (Baltimore, MD); his siblings, Denise, Joseph, Patricia Fowler, Maria Watkins and Endia "T. C." Womack; and his grandmother Bernice Pannell Frye. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
