He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Warren "Keith" Moomaw; his wife Judy Allard; his children, Addison, Tyler, Jaxon of Daniels, WV and Jason Allard (Melissa); his granddaughter Olivia of Coal City, WV.; his mother Mary Katheryn Moomaw of Lego, WV; and his siblings, Bob Allard (Lois) of Mineral Wells, WV and Darlene Hix of Coal City, WV.
