He was predeceased by: his father Frank Poland (Paw Paw Kenneth M. Crook); and his aunt Wendy Daniel. He is survived by: his mother Rebecca Lynn Poland; his brother Nathan Poland; his niece Amethyst Poland; his sisters, Lila Kate and Laci Poland; and his grandmothers, Judith Crook, Betty Poland and Frances Poland. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and extended grandmothers.
Because Steven could always be found barefoot, (even in rock Climbing!), in lieu of flowers his family has requested that you bring a pair of new or slightly used shoes (male or female shoes) that will be later donated to Lotus Recovery and Brian's Safe House.
