He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Leonard Edward Baxter, Hilton Beacher Armstrong and Audrey Lee Armstrong. He is survived by: his parents, Charles Baxter and Brenda Sumpter (Donnie); his son Hunter Baxter; his brothers, Jeremy Baxter and Donnie Sumpter Jr.; and his grandmother Loraine Baxter. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
