It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Pryor Jefferson (Beckley, West Virginia), born in Minden, West Virginia, who passed away on December 2, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Thomas Pryor and Lorena Pryor; her son Rev Curtis Lee Jefferson; her siblings, Evangelist Franzetta Woodson, Freddie Pryor, Charles Pryor, Glenn Pryor and Tyrone Pryor; and her siblings-in-law, Cecil Banks and Henrietta Pryor.

She is survived by: her child Minster Elicia Denise Jefferson of Atlanta, GA; her grandchildren, Chenelle Thompson (Mario) of Crestview, FL, Phillip Cox Jr. of Beckley, WV, Chaniece Greaves (Keith) of Atlanta, GA, Stephen Cox of Morgantown, WV and Miah; her great grandchildren, Aundreya, Armani, Micah, Adrienne, Malachi, Malayia, Xavier, Nouvel and Phillip Cox III; and her siblings, Rev David Pryor (Kathy) of Peebles, OH, Doretha Banks of Lynchburg, VA, Dreama Minor (Roy) of Beckley, WV and Cynthia Haynes of Orlando, FL. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Friends, while wearing mask and practicing social distancing, may visit with the family one-hour prior.
