He was predeceased by: his parent Jean Hart Treadway; his sister Cindy Lee Treadway; and his grandparents, Carl, Rosie Treadway, Arlie Hart and Bessie Greene.
He is survived by: his father Walter Treadway of Glen Morgan; and his wife Sharon Treadway.
