He was predeceased by: his parents, Orlen Butcher and Pauline Butcher of Nettie, WV.; his brothers, Sam Butcher, Orlen Butcher Jr., Ricky Butcher, Norman and Hicle Rexrode; and his niece Samantha Hathaway.
He is survived by: his children, Emily and Michael Gray; his siblings, Vicki Butcher and Danny Butcher; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Butcher, Donna Lively, Norman Rexrode Jr. (Jamie), Barbara Williams (Fred) and Jane Jones (Mark).
